Having traveled the Charleston music scene as a bass player for a popular reggae band, I have seen first-hand the difference between successful music entertainment acts and the unsucessful ones; the key between making $1,200 per performance and $200 per performance. Is it the music or the talent of the band? It is not. The key to a band's success in the Low Country, if not nationwide, is the audience. A successful band can pack a venue night after night, no matter where they perform. A successful band rigorously markets to their audience and entices them to leave the comfort of their homes, to have a good time at their performance.

Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned professional of decades, keeping your audience informed and excited about performance appearances is crucial to the life of your act. However, there is an unfortunate lack of reasonably priced, comprehensive tools and services in Charleston to help you meet these needs. Prices are generally far out of the reach of a band just getting underway, or you're forced to order quantities in great excess of your needs, from companies who are not based in the Charleston, Mt.
